Wild Coastal Path

The bright yellow of ragwort has been catching my eye everywhere I go this summer. And as if that wasn’t enough to inspire me, I’ve been lucky enough to see lots of beautiful sea lavender. 
This painting is inspired by wild coastal paths I sketched when I was at Gibraltar Point and at Saltfleet. It’s also inspired by the wild flowers growing in the dunes at Anderby and along that stretch of our coast.
  
This chalk pastel painting measures 12x8 inches unframed, 15x12 inches framed. It's available framed or unframed - just choose your frame and mount colours at the checkout.

Frames come with a Perspex front to avoid damage in transit. Framed paintings are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box to reach you in excellent condition.
 
Unframed paintings are lightly sprayed with a chalk pastel fixative to avoid smudging, but please handle with care. It is delivered flat in a card-backed envelope.
