Payment methods

You can purchase paintings, prints and art gifts securely on this website with your bank card or Apple Pay.

 

Create a member's account to save your card details for faster checkout in future. 

For commissions and custom artwork, payment can be made via a bank transfer, PayPal or by cheque.  

Delivery information

All prices include free shipping to the UK mainland. 

Items in your order may be delivered separately. Please read on for more information. 

Paintings and prints on paper

Delivery is between 5-7 working days. For smaller paintings and prints, delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd class. For larger paintings and prints, delivery may be via Royal Mail 2nd class or via Hermes.  

Prints on canvas

Delivery is between 7-8 working days via DPD directly from my print partner. 

Key rings

Delivery is within 5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class, directly from my print partner. 

Greetings cards

Delivery is within 5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class, directly from my print partner. 

Coasters 

Delivery is within 5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class, directly from my print partner. Coasters are packaged in a small cellophane sleeve and a padded envelope. 

Placemats 

Delivery is within 5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class, directly from my print partner. Placemats are packaged in a padded envelope. 

Mugs

Delivery is within 5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class, directly from my print partner. 

Ordering  multiple items

Please note items are despatched either from my or from different suppliers I work with. If you order multiple items they may arrive separately.

Paintings and prints on paper are produced and despatched by me in my studio. 

Coasters, placemats, keyrings, mugs and greetings cards are despatched directly from my specialist gift printing supplier. 

Canvas prints are despatched directly from my specialist canvas print supplier. 

Custom artwork

Timescales will vary and will be agreed with you before work starts. I'll do whatever I can to meet your deadline but please place your order with as much notice as you can.  

Orders are carefully packaged to reach you in excellent condition, and sent with the most economical carrier to keep costs as low as I can for you.

Returns

If you're not 100% delighted with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked!

You'll just need to cover the cost of return postage. 

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be in the same condition that you received it. 

But please contact me first to let me know you intend to make a return

Looking after the planet

I'm trying to do my bit to look after the planet.

 

So I use recycled and environmentally friendly products as much as possible.

 

I choose suppliers who are also trying to do their bit.

 

And I use only as much packaging as I need to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. If I can,  I'll reuse and recycle packaging materials.
