Views of a Coastal Walk

This artwork was inspired by a beautiful summer's walk I did one morning from  Chapel St Leonards back to my house in Anderby.
 
I didn't have my sketchbook with me so I took photos of the amazing views all around me, from the beach huts at Chapel, the walk behind the dunes and through the fields, to the sights at Anderby Creek.
 
I couldn't wait to paint them all when I got back to my studio. I started painting them in watercolour on 3x3 inch paper, and soon found I couldn't stop! The size of them reminded me of little polaroid photos, and I loved how they were reminders of all my favourite places. I added to the collection, so as not to miss out some of my other favourite places, like Sandilands. 
 
This artwork comprises nine original watercolour paintings, each measuring 3x3 inches. They're painted on 300gsm watercolour paper.
 
It's ready to hang in a square, pine-coloured frame, and an acid-free white mount. It measures 14.5 x 14.5 inches framed.
 
It has a Perspex front to avoid damage in transit.
 
The painting will be carefully packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box to reach you in excellent condition.
