Trusthorpe in the Sun

I love this little corner of our coast - the sea stretching for miles, that glimpse of Mablethorpe in the distance, the row of beach huts, and this building with its amazing views looking out over it all.    
 
This is a watercolour and ink painting.
 
I start by sketching out the scene in pencil, then I add colour with layers of watercolour. And I love finishing it with ink at the end for definition and a bit of drama!
 
This painting measures approximately 12x8 inches unframed, 15x12 inches framed.

If you're choosing to purchase the painting unframed, you can easily frame it yourself in an A4-sized frame. 
 
Frames come with a Perspex front to avoid damage in transit.

Unframed paintings are delivered flat in a card-backed envelope.
