The Old Stable

This old stables building is tucked behind my favourite house in Anderby village. I love that it looks like a work in progress, but still very much unchanged. And it looked so hot and summery with the bright sunlight casting shadows across it that I just had to paint it.
 
This chalk pastel painting measures 12x8 inches unframed, 15x12 inches framed. It's available framed or unframed - just choose your frame and mount colours at the checkout.

Frames come with a Perspex front to avoid damage in transit. Framed paintings are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box to reach you in excellent condition.
 
Unframed paintings are lightly sprayed with a chalk pastel fixative to avoid smudging, but please handle with care. It is delivered flat in a card-backed envelope.
