Summer Sun

This view into the distance, with the beach stretching as far as the eye can see, is one of the many reasons I love living (and painting) here.
 
This painting is inspired by Anderby Creek, but also draws on the beaches at Huttoft, Chapel, and Mablethorpe North Shore. All those beautiful places where the maram grass dances in the wind and casts gorgeous shadows across the dunes. They're an invitation to nestle in with a good book or simply to lie back and soak up the sun. And they're a wonderful place for little ones to explore. 
 
This canvas print is available in two sizes - 43x28 inches or 35x24 inches, ready to hang either unframed or in a floating frame.
 
I work with a UK-based, expert print company to produce high quality reproductions of my original paintings on environmentally friendly materials.
 
The paintings are printed on stretched canvas with vibrant, high quality inks for a 75-year colour guarantee. They're mounted on robust 1.2 inch frames, made from wood from sustainable sources.
 
The canvases are water repellent and scratch resistant so can be carefully dusted off with a damp cloth when necessary.

Unframed canvas prints have the image wrapped around the frame.
 
Framed canvases have floating frames for that extra wow factor. There's a half inch gap between the canvas and the frame giving it an art-gallery look. Frames are available in a choice of black, white and bare wood.

Depending on the size you select, and whether you choose framed or unframed, the image may be cropped slightly differently. Every care is taken to show the colours as accurately as possible on this website but the colours you see will depend on the device you're using.
 
Canvas prints are made to order. They're despatched directly to you from the printer's, via DPD. Delivery time is between 6-8 working days. Prices include p&p.
