Summer Sun

This view into the distance, with the beach stretching as far as the eye can see, is one of the many reasons I love living (and painting) here.
 
This painting is inspired by Anderby Creek, but also draws on the beaches at Huttoft, Chapel, and Mablethorpe North Shore. All those beautiful places where the marram grass dances in the wind and casts gorgeous shadows across the dunes. They're an invitation to nestle in with a good book or simply to lie back and soak up the sun. And they're a wonderful place for little ones to explore. 
 
This reproduction of my original painting is sure to add bold colour to your walls, and will keep alive your happy memories.
 
Prints are carefully created with archival inks on high quality thick, matte, archival paper to get rich, long-lasting colours that don't fade with time.
 
SIZES
 
Prints on paper are available in five sizes:
 
A5 - 14.8 x 21 cm, 5-7/8 x 8-1/4 inches
A4 - 21 x 29.7 cm, 8-1/4 x 11-3/4 inches
A3 - 29.7 x 42 cm, 11-3/4 x 16-1/2 inches
A2 - 42 x 59.4 cm, 16-1/2 x 23-3/8 inches
A1 - 59.4 x 84.1 cm, 23-3/8 x 33-1/8 inches
 
A5 prints have a 0.5cm white border.
 
A4, A3, A2 and A1 prints are borderless.
 
FRAMING
 
Sizes A5, A4 and A3 are available framed or unframed.
 
Sizes A2 and A1 are currently only available unframed. 
 
All prints are standard sizes so are very easy to frame yourself, with a wide range of affordable frames easily available online.
 
My framed prints include a mount to really showcase the image.
 
But if you're going to frame your print yourself, please note that prints (unlike paintings) do not need to be framed with a mount, although you may choose to include one.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
 
Prices include postage and packing to UK mainland.
 
Unframed A5 and A4 prints are posted flat in a hardbacked envelope with additional backing board and a cellophane sleeve.
 
A3, A2 and A1 prints are posted carefully rolled in a sturdy tube.
 
Sizes A5, A4 and A3 are created by me and dispatched from my studio on the Lincolnshire coast. 
 
Sizes A2 and A1 are printed to order by my specialist print partner based in Devon, and dispatched to you directly from there.
