Storm Over the Barley

I’m a bit obsessed with this field near my house - the golden crop of barley, the spectacular skies and the weathered telegraph poles. Whenever I think I’ve painted it to death, I see it in a new light, under a different sky and I just have to paint it again. 
 
This original chalk pastel painting measures 16x12 inches unframed, 21x17 inches framed.

Frames come with a Perspex front to avoid damage in transit. Framed paintings are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box to reach you in excellent condition.
Unframed paintings are lightly sprayed with a chalk pastel fixative to avoid smudging, but please handle with care. It is delivered flat in a card-backed envelope.
