After the Rain

I walk to Anderby Creek beach from my house every day, in all weathers. Which means I get to see some truly spectacular skies. And of course they provide lots of inspiration for my art. This painting captures that moment just after a rain storm has passed, when the darkness of the sky is starting to lift, revealing bright colours ahead.   
 
This chalk pastel painting measures 12x8 inches unframed, 15x12 inches framed. It's available framed or unframed - just choose your frame and mount colours at the checkout.

Frames come with a Perspex front to avoid damage in transit. Framed paintings are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box to reach you in excellent condition.
 
Unframed paintings are lightly sprayed with a chalk pastel fixative to avoid smudging, but please handle with care. It is delivered flat in a card-backed envelope.
