A Moment of Joy

I had a lovely walk from Anderby to Sutton on Sea on one of those days when the Lincolnshire coast is at its best - sunny and breezy, with views for miles, and nobody else around. I kept having to stop to take some photos as I knew I'd want to paint the scene when I got back to my studio. I wanted to capture that joy the beach always brings me, no matter how many times I see it.
 
This chalk pastel painting measures 12x8 inches unframed, 15x12 inches framed. It's available framed or unframed - just choose your frame and mount colours at the checkout.

Frames come with a Perspex front to avoid damage in transit. Framed paintings are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and a sturdy cardboard box to reach you in excellent condition.
 
Unframed paintings are lightly sprayed with a chalk pastel fixative to avoid smudging, but please handle with care. It is delivered flat in a card-backed envelope.
