Payment methods

You can purchase paintings, prints and art gifts securely on this website with your bank card or Apple Pay.

 

Create a member's account to save your card details for faster checkout in future. 

For commissions and custom artwork, payment can be made via a bank transfer, PayPal or by cheque.  

Delivery information

All prices include free shipping to the UK mainland. 

Items in your order may be delivered separately. Please read on for more information. 

Paintings and prints on paper

Delivery is between 5-7 working days. For smaller paintings and prints, delivery is via Royal Mail 2nd class. For larger paintings and prints, delivery may be via Royal Mail 2nd class or via Hermes.  

Prints on canvas

Delivery is between 7-8 working days via DPD directly from my print partner. 

Key rings

Delivery is within 5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class, directly from my print partner. 

Greetings cards

Delivery is within 5 working days via Royal Mail 1st class, directly from my print partner. 

Ordering  multiple items

Paintings and prints on paper are framed and packaged by me in my studio so will be delivered together. Canvas prints, key rings and greetings cards are despatched directly from different print partners so will be delivered separately. 

 

Custom artwork

Timescales will vary and will be agreed with you before work starts. I'll do whatever I can to meet your deadline but please place your order with as much notice as you can.  

Orders are carefully packaged to reach you in excellent condition, and sent with the most economical carrier to keep costs as low as I can for you.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you're not happy with your purchase, please get in touch so I can try to resolve any issues.

 

If you're eligible for a full refund, you will need to cover the cost of tracked and signed for return postage. A refund can only be given when the artwork has been successfully returned. Refunds can't be given on custom artwork.
